Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book?

Use the contact us page located in the top right corner of the website to request a booking. Please include your name, phone number, interested date, type of tour your interested in, and number of guests in each booking request. 

What is your alcohol policy?

Alcoholic beverages are welcome aboard the boat with restrictions of glass and liquor. All guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. 

Do you provide lifejackets and safety equipment?

Our boat is stocked with state and federal coast guard approved safety equipment for adults and children. 

Where will we depart from?

When booking your cruise we will provide the most convenient pick-up location for you. We have pick-up locations available in Topsail, Surf City, and Hampstead.  Staying at a house with a dock? Ask about our back yard pick up service. 

What do we need to bring?

We will have a cooler filled with ice on every boat tour. You are welcome to bring beverages (21+), sunscreen lotion (no spray), towels, snacks, waters, camera, etc. Guests are welcome to use the cooler for snacks and drinks.  No red wine or glass is allowed on the boat with the exception of wine bottles. 

Do we need to arrive early?

We suggest arriving to the departure dock 15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure that you are able to park and arrive at the boat with your belongings at the scheduled time. 

Where do I park?

There is public parking at all of our departure sites. We do however recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your cruise as parking can take some time during our busy season. 

Are your tours safe for all ages?

We welcome guests of all ages aboard our boat. If you have a guest who requires specific accommodations please include this in your booking so that we can best assist their needs. 

Will other groups be on our tour with us?

 All of our tours are private tours customized to best fit you and your guests' needs. 

Do you require a deposit?

We require a $50 down deposit at booking to reserve your cruise.

What is your cancellation policy?

We reserve the right to cancel tours at any time due to inclement weather and to ensure the safety of our guests and crew. A 100% refund will be provided anytime a tour is cancelled by us due to weather.  Guests are able to cancel up to 48 hours before their tour to receive a refund on their deposit. Any cancellations after 48  hours will result in a loss of your deposit.
